Dr Andrew Black
Dr Black, trained initially at St. Bartholomew's in London before doing a range of Hospital jobs in London, Bath and Suffolk before training as a GP. He moved to Herefordshire in 2001 and became a partner in a local Practice. He was a partner for 22 years before setting up The Practice Herefordshire.
During this time he has held a variety of roles in addition to his GP work, including chairing committees for NICE and locally. He has worked as a match day doctor for both Worcester Warriors and Luctonians rugby teams.
He has a particular passion for high-quality General Practice with a strong belief in the importance of continuity of care and the formation of good doctor-patient relationships to help patients manage and understand their condition.
